How do I request a return?

To request a return, login to your account via the account page, find and
select your order and you can request a return by clicking ‘Request Return’.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email
confirmation. In this email confirmation there will be a tracking number
provided. Simply click the tracking number and you will be directed to the
couriers website where you can use the tracking reference to see where your
parcel is. If you aren’t sure, this isn’t working for you, or your order hasn’t
arrived inside the delivery window, please contact our customer service team
and we can get an update for you.

How do I exchange?

To exchange, please follow the normal return process by requesting a
return, and place another order in your desired size.

Can you send a QR code instead of a return label?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have the ability to use QR codes for
returns. In the event you cannot print a return label, please contact our
customer service team and request to send the return back manually to our
returns address

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return, we typically issue your refund within 2
business days. Once your refund has been issued, depending on the payment
method you used when placing your order, refunds typically take 2-7 business
days to reach your account, although this is usually faster.

There is an issue with my order, can you help?

Yes, of course we can! In the event that there is an issue with your
order like receiving a damaged item, wrong item or size, etc., please contact
our customer service team and we will be happy to help. Sometimes mistakes
happen, we’ll try and resolve your issues as quickly as possible

How do I know my new clothes will fit?

For every product we have size guides available. We always recommend
checking these guides before you place an order to make sure you’re getting the
right fit. If you’re unsure, please contact us and ask! We can recommend a
suitable size for you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to various countries. Please note, different countries have
different shipping charges and shipping times. More information about delivery
can be found here. If you’re unsure or can’t checkout because you are based overseas,
please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team and we will try to
help.

I have placed an order and chosen the wrong size, can this be changed?

If you place an order and then realise that you chose or wrong size, or
made a mistake in your delivery address, as long as you contact us at least 1
hour before our cut-off time, we can usually get this changed for you. Please
